OUR TEAM
While God and the Bible are the ultimate authority for Vernal Christian Church, there is a leadership structure to keep the day-to-day operations and ministry of the church moving forward. The leadership of Vernal Christian Church has a few integral parts.
Elder Board
VCC is first and foremost an elder-led church. The elders provide oversight, vision, and guidance to the corporate side and, most importantly, the spiritual side of the church.
Pastors and Staff
Senior Pastor Schaun Colin and Next Gen Pastor Joshua Varland provide the leadership and everyday decision making for the paid staff, along with the Elder Board.
Board of Ministries
The Board of Ministries includes the Deacons, Elders, and Pastors. This board is delegated the responsibility of managing the business matters of the Church, the maintenance of facilities and resources, and ensuring that ministries and physical needs of the members are met.
